Helen H. Rask, of Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, died in Lihue, Hawaii, on May 3, 2018. All persons having a claim against Helen H. Rask, her estate, and/or the Revocable Trust of Helen H. Rask, dated February 28, 1995, as amended, are hereby notified that Randy R. Rask is the Trustee of the Revocable Trust of Helen H. Rask, as amended. <\/p>\n

All claims should be sent to Randy R. Rask, at 8620 S. 132nd Avenue, Goodyear, AZ 85320.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Helen H. Rask, her estate, and/or the Revocable Trust of Helen H. Rask Trust, dated February 28, 1995, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
