<\/font> The Petition having been filed praying that Frank Layola Doran, Jr. and Melani Laureen Doran be appointed Guardians of the Person of said protected person and good cause appearing therefore,
\n IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on JUL 5 2018, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., in the courtroom of the Judge of the Above-Entitled Court as shall be sitting, in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, be appointed the time and place of hearing said Petition; and,
\n IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that certified copies of said Petition, Order Appointing Officials, if any, and this Order be served personally upon the above-named protected person (if such person is over the age of 13), upon each of the persons named in paragraph 4 of the Petition herein, and upon any official appointed herein, if they can be found with the State; and
\n IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that notice to all of those persons named in paragraph 4 and none can be found, shall be given notice by mailing said Petition and Notice of Hearing so as to be received at least 14 days before the time set for hearing by certified mail, return receipt requested, deliverable to the addressee only, addressed to the person being noticed at his or her office or place of residence, if known, or at the post office address given in any demand for notice; and,
\n IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that if the address or identity of any person in paragraph 4 is not known and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, notice of the time and place of hearing shall be given by publishing said notice at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper having general circulation in this judicial circuit, the last publication to be at least ten (10) days before the time set for hearing the Petition herein.<\/p>\n
