The purpose of this public hearing is to receive testimony regarding the compliance of the subject proposed action with HAR Chapter 15-150, the rules governing special management areas and shoreline areas within community development districts and practice and procedures before the Office of Planning.<\/p>\n

The hearing is open to the public. Those who desire to testify are required to register at the hearing site before the start of the public hearing. They are encouraged to submit a copy of the testimony in writing. Written testimony should be submitted before or at the time of the public hearing. Testimony may be mailed to the Office of Planning, P.O. Box 2359, Honolulu, Hawaii 96804, delivered to the address specified above, or emailed to shichao.li@hawaii.gov.<\/p>\n

Information relative to the subject application is available for review during the office hours of 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Office of Planning, 6th Floor, Leiopapa A Kamehameha Building, 235 S. Beretania Street, Honolulu.<\/p>\n
