YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 17-1-1824-11 (DEO) for the taking of a sewer easement described as Parcel 1 (TMK: 2-2-008: Road (por.)), for a public use being: Kalihi-Nuuanu Sewer Rehabilitation (Kaloko Lane), situate at Kalokohonu, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
\n YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 21st day of August, 2018, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Rozelle A.
