Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Peter Eacott of Anahola, Kauai has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62-32, 11-62-33.1(b)(6), 11-62-34(d)(1)(C) and 11-62-34(d)(2)(B).
\n Mr. Lucas Z. Breckenridge, Lucas Breckenridge & Associates, Inc., President, Kilauea, Kauai is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for a proposed individual wastewater system (IWS), aerobic treatment unit, to replace an existing cesspool on the property at 3531 Moloa’a Road, Anahola, Kauai, Hawaii 96703 at TMK (4) 4-9-014: 015.
