\nKIMIE HIRAOKA, Deceased<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

Kimie Hiraoka, of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, died on Kauai, on March 27, 2018. All persons having a claim against Kimie Hiraoka, her estate, and/or the Kimie Hiraoka Revocable Living Trust, dated October 2, 1996, as amended, are hereby notified that Faith Muraoka and Roger Inouye are the Trustees of the above-noted Trust.<\/p>\n

All claims should be sent to Kai Law, 3-2600 Kaumualii Hwy, Suite 1300 PMB 355, Lihue, HI 96766. Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Kimie Hiraoka, her estate, and/or the Kimie Hiraoka Revocable Living Trust, dated October 2, 1996, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication
\nof this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
