YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has <\/font>scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding your alleged failure to repay Contract of Loan No.s 15033 and 16986 for Agricultural Lot Lease No. 5481, and Lot No. 4, situate at Anahola, Kaua’i, Hawaii, having a TMK: (4) 4-8-018:004 000, in violation of §§ 210, 214, and 216 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920 as amended.<\/p>\n

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission <\/font>at the Lihu’e State Building, Conference Rooms A-C, 3060 Eiwa Street, Lihu’e, <\/font>Kauai, Hawaii on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., of said day. If you <\/font>fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief <\/font>demanded in the complaint and your lease may be recommended for cancellation and reaward.<\/p>\n
